Another delicious umami-based flavor for our line of balsamic vinegars based on Black Truffle flavor. Try using with meatier white fish (swordfish, tuna), chicken and vegetables. Try making a truffle Caesar dressing by combining with egg yolks, garlic, anchovy, lemon juice, mustard, Worcestershire, Parmesan cheese and our Greek Koroneiki EVOO. Or toss some over french fries with some grated Parmesan cheese.
Try pairing with our Roasted Garlic EVOO for a an umami blast, or try with either Basil EVOO or Oregano EVOO to add some herbaceousness to the richness of the balamic.
