Description
Prickly Pear cactus fruit, a southwest favorite, has a taste similar to raspberries and watermelon with the slight bite of Kiwi. This is a version of our long-time favorite that was previously only available in dark balsamic. The sweet fruit is complemented by the tartness of the white balsamic to create a delicious cocktail addition or to use as salad dressing.
Pair with our Persian Lime olive oil to make fish or chicken tacos, or paid with Blood Orange olive oil for a delicious southwest version of beet salad.
