The light sweetness is a perfect pairing with gorgonzola cheese… drizzle over the top and crumble some chopped walnuts for some additional earthy texture. Use as a dressing for roasted beets, goat cheese and pistachios. Use in your favorite Cosmopolitan cocktail recipe. Make an easy dessert by layering pound cake (or angel food) with dried cranberries, crunchy toasted almonds, whipped cream and drizzle with our white pear balsamic.
