Description
A member of the mint family, lavender can be described as herbaceous, earthy and floral. This white version of our lavender balsamic, would be a nice addition to a traditional vinaigrette recipe to use fresh summer salads. Splash into soda water with lime for a fresh mocktail, or add some vodka for a cockail.
Pairs well with Meyer Lemon EVOO, Basil EVOO or with our Herbs de Provence EVOO.
