Starting with fresh hand-picked organic apples and pears from California, this special fruit vinegar is made for holiday meals. Use in your favorite vinaigrette (try making with our Tarragon EVOO and maybe a splash of Walnut Oil for a nutty component) and top a salad made with blue cheese, spring mix and walnuts. Make a special party dip by mixing into whipped cream cheese with minced apples and pistachios. Or put some in a blender with fresh tarragon, Pear Apple Ambrosia vinegar, a splash of our Avocado Oil, avocados and sour cream to create a delicious sauce to serve with a light white fish.
