White Wine Vinegar
Produced from California Chardonnay, enjoy this mild light white vinegar in your favorite salad dressing or use to deglaze the pan after searing your favorite protein for a nice sauce. As with all wine vinegars, this vinegar has a tendency to “mother” very easily, especially if introduced to heat while being stored. The vinegar was fermented in French oak barrels for a period of six-to-eight months.
Similar to an Old Vine Zinfandel, you’ll find a nice peppery spice offset with jammy fruit. Use as a substitute for red wine vinegar in any recipe, especially delicious when combined with extra virgin olive oil in a vinaigrette.
