All our pastas are made with only fresh ingredients and the semolina flour is grown here in Arizona. Cooking time, once water comes to a boil, is between 3½ to 4½ minutes. These come with the Funky Pasta label; unlabeled/private label is not available for this product.
Bull’s Blood (Beet)
Pair with goat cheese and walnuts for a nice light dish or for a heavier dish try pairing with sauteed kale and spicy Italian sausage.
Use as you would any other pasta, but know the Italian spices are already included.
Motobuona (Tomato Basil)
Perfect with a marinara sauce. Try adding spicy Italian sausage or delicious andouille.
Mucho Garlic Pasta
Try with our Sundried Tomato and Parmesan olive oil and toasted pine nuts.
Popeye’s favorite! Toss in some fresh tomatoes and our Basil Olive Oil, top with some fresh grated Parmesan cheese, and you have a delicious and light dinner.
Sailor & Oly’s (Spinach & Basil)
Toss with some sautéed garlic and crispy prosciutto.
Take a Latin detour with an Italian favorite. Sauté your favorite peppers and onions, toss with our Roasted Chile and Garlic Olive Oil and top with cotija cheese. Yum!
Spicy (Cayenne Pepper)
Great spicy flavor with some heat! Try with some chorizo sausage, fresh cilantro and our Garlic Olive Oil. Muy delicioso!
With a slightly sweet carrot flavor, try with a creamy garlic sauce and tossed with toasted walnuts.
Yam Yam (Yam Flavored)
Try tossed with fresh spinach, garlic and freshly grated Parmesan cheese. Or try fall flavors and include ginger and cinnamon accents, with roasted pecans.
Zesty (Lemon Pepper)
Citrus with a peppery bite… combine with stir-fry shrimp and fresh spinach for a light dish. Or serve as a side dish to garlic pepper steak, simply tossed in some of our Shallot Olive Oil.
